Tenant Support Worker

As a Tenant Support Worker, you will deliver essential assistance to residents, helping them gain independence and stability. The role includes providing education, conducting assessments, developing service plans, and ensuring basic needs are met continuously. Collaboration with team members is vital, alongside compliance with safety regulations specific to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tenant intakes and assess individual needs

• Develop personalized service plans and crisis interventions

• Monitor and support tenants' basic needs effectively

• Maintain accurate statistical and evaluative documentation

• Collaborate with volunteers and students for onsite support

Requirements:

• Diploma in Community Social Service

• Two years related experience or equivalent

• First Aid and Food Safe Certifications (if required)

• Class 5 BC Driver's License (if necessary)

• Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector
