Autism Consultant at Kerry's Place

In this temporary full-time role, you will work under the Manager of Services and Supports at Kerry's Place. Your responsibilities include providing Autism-based services, collaborating with families and community agencies, and implementing evidence-informed strategies. This position demands a compassionate approach and strong relationship-building skills to support individuals' goals across their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support following established Community Services practices

• Consult and maintain relationships with supported persons and families

• Work collaboratively with various community groups and agencies

• Document client files accurately and professionally

• Represent Kerry's Place at external community meetings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human/Social Services

• Minimum 1-year experience with ASD in community settings

• Understanding of relevant legislation and support strategies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Valid Driver’s License with good standing Driver's Abstract
