Working on weekends, you will fulfill important functions from client medication reminders to facilitating social activities. Your contributions will be crucial for maintaining a healthy and secure environment while you report directly to the Program Manager and collaborate closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document clients' needs and care progress
• Administer and remind clients about medications
• Conduct daily living skill training and support
• Facilitate diverse recreational and social engagements
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education is required
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification mandatory
• Certification in Community Social Service required
• Successful criminal records check with vulnerable sector screening
