This full-time position involves assisting young parents with essential resources and skills to enhance their parenting and social independence. You'll be responsible for coordinating with various professionals while providing crisis intervention and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist youth and families with personalized parenting support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Care or related area
• Current First Aid certification required
• Crisis line support experience is an advantage
