Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct social work assessments with clients and families

• Facilitate information exchange between healthcare facilities

Requirements:

• Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers

• At least two years of related experience

• May require a valid BC Driver’s License

• Thorough understanding of health care legislation

• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
