You will be part of a dedicated team offering tailored support to clients facing complex psychosocial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct social work assessments with clients and families
• Provide therapeutic services and case coordination

Requirements:
• Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers
• At least two years of related experience
• May require a valid BC Driver’s License
