Position: Bentley Place Program Assistant Needed
Make a difference in the lives of clients at Bentley Place as a full-time Program Assistant. This role emphasizes both support and safety within the facility while fostering client independence.

The Program Assistant position is a full-time temporary role with shifts from 4:00 PM to midnight, Monday to Friday. Working directly with clients, you'll provide vital life skills assistance and medication administration, while also encouraging engagement in social activities. Your proactive approach will be essential to maintaining a supportive and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with daily living and personal hygiene tasks

• Facilitate and lead social and recreational programs

• Administer medications while adhering to safety policies

• Record and maintain client progress and feedback

• Execute cleaning duties to uphold facility cleanliness

Requirements:

• High School diploma and Community Social Service certification

• 1 year of relevant experience with vulnerable populations

• Successful criminal and Tuberculosis screenings

• Valid First Aid and CPR certificates

• Nonviolent crisis intervention qualified
