In this role, you will assess young individuals and deliver goal-based interventions while collaborating with housing, education, and other support services. You will conduct outreach work and engage with families to build meaningful relationships and advocate for vulnerable youth navigating complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments on youth presenting mental health challenges
• Deliver targeted interventions and follow-up support
• Liaise with schools and colleagues for coordinated efforts
• Document clinical risks and changes accurately
• Perform outreach work in community settings
Requirements:
• Experience in youth mental health or related services
• Strong communication skills to foster trust
• Awareness of safeguarding and Children’s Act regulations
• Current driving license and reliable transportation
• IT proficiency for maintaining documentation
