Position: Social Work Clinical Supervisor Role
Join Fraser Health as a Clinical Supervisor for social work at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care & Surgery Centre, Surrey, B.C. This part-time position involves leading a dedicated social work team while enhancing patient care standards in a vibrant healthcare setting.
You will direct daily operations, ensure effective resource management, and guide staff in their professional development.

Your role encompasses supervision, training, and policy implementation, contributing greatly to the holistic care we provide to the community in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee social work daily activities and staff

• Coordinate and deliver training programs and evaluations

• Act as a clinical support resource to the team

• Develop clinical standards, policies, and manuals

• Monitor budgetary needs and expenditures
Requirements:

• Active registration with B.C. College of Social Workers

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required

• Three years of relevant social work experience

• Experience in supervision preferred

• Strong understanding of social work standards and practices
