Position: Surrey Children’s Social Worker Role
Take on an impactful role as a Children's Social Worker with Liquid Personnel in Surrey. Engage with families and conduct assessments to determine necessary child support interventions.

In this position within the Referral and Assessment team, you will utilize your social work skills to assess risk levels, screen referrals, and work collaboratively with various organizations. It’s your responsibility to prepare insightful reports and make crucial decisions about child welfare, ensuring each child's needs are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage referrals from professionals and the community

• Conduct initial assessments of risk and service eligibility

• Decide on necessary interventions for child protection

• Carry out home visits and family interviews

• Liaise with relevant agencies to collect information

Requirements:

• Must hold registration with Social Work England

• Must be eligible to work in the UK

• Full UK driving licence is necessary

• Post-qualified experience in social work is preferred

• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
