Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and two years' clinical experience. Your responsibilities will encompass psycho-social assessments, supportive counseling, and education on health conditions. Engage in quality improvement initiatives with an interdisciplinary team focused on holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients

• Deliver supportive counseling and educational sessions

• Coordinate peer support programs for clients and families

• Offer consultative services on community resource access

• Participate in departmental quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from recognized institution

• Two years of relevant clinical experience in healthcare

• Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers

• Valid BC Driver's License for program needs

• Comprehensive communication and assessment abilities
