Connective is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations of programs aimed at supporting adults and their families. You will supervise staff and volunteers while liaising with other agencies to ensure client-centered services. Your expertise in program development and community services will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop program activities in consultation with the supervisor
• Supervise program staff and conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with program standards and licensing requirements
• Monitor budgets and authorize program spending
• Facilitate community partnerships and service provisions
Requirements:
• Degree in Behavioural Sciences with Social Work emphasis
• 3+ years in community or correctional services
• Experience in recruiting and training volunteers
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license required
