Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client eligibility for the WorkBC program
• Conduct interviews and needs assessments for clients
• Develop and revise action plans in collaboration with clients
• Support job searches and interview preparations
• Maintain knowledge of local labor market trends
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant field or experience
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong skills in job coaching and mentoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current Criminal Record Check required
