Credit & Stress Testing Assurance Director

RBC seeks an Associate Director for Credit & Stress Testing Implementation Assurance to ensure model accuracy and ECL scalability. Contribute your expertise in data processing and coding to enhance banking operations.

Reporting directly to the Director, this role requires extensive experience, including over 5 years of model deployment and data management. You’ll review source code, conduct model testing, and develop scalable solutions while liaising with technical and non-technical teams. Strong communication and conceptual thinking skills are essential for this senior-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance production systems through coding advisory

• Create scalable testing frameworks for comprehensive coverage

• Review IFRS9/CECL and MST/CCAR model implementations

• Produce detailed reports on production changes

• Drive continuous improvements in testing protocols

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in model development or deployment

• Experience with data ingestion and processing

• Knowledge of scalable Python coding techniques

• Familiar with code version control using git

• Strong ability to convey complex concepts clearly
