The City of Surrey seeks an Application Analyst 3 to focus on researching, planning, coding, testing, and documenting innovative web-based solutions. You will align projects with city objectives while actively supporting a collaborative environment. Strong communication with end-users and stakeholders is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop web-based solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT team
• Conduct code reviews and lead testing phases
• Proactively communicate project statuses and issues
• Recommend operational improvements to management
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on coding experience in web development
• Experience with RESTful API and/or SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server development tools
• Exposure to Angular and Bootstrap frameworks
• A related degree plus four years of experience
