This full-time, on-site position is located in beauriful Surrey, Brotish Columbia. The General Manager Position is responsible for the culture if the gym, supporting staff and creating a servant leadership expwrience for their team, while maintaining strong relationships within the community. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing membership inquiries, booking fitness consultions, ensuring the gym's cleanliness and organization, and contributing to marketing and promotion efforts.

The role involves working closely with the leadership team to ensure a welcoming and positive fitness environment for all members.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to assist and engage with members
• Basic understanding of health, fitness, and wellness practices, along with the ability to help guide members in achieving their goals
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle administrative tasks effectively and support gym operations
• Experience in sales or marketing and the ability to execute promotional strategies for member outreach and retention
• Basic technology proficiency, including email communication and membership management systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to the needs of the team and members
• Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an asset
• Completion of secondary education required; certification in fitness or related field is an advantage
