Compassionate Part-Time Bus Driver

Position: Compassionate Part-Time Bus Driver Needed
Support the transportation needs of seniors at Bolivar Creek Retirement Residence as a Part-Time Bus Driver in Surrey, BC. This position focuses on safe, professional service during outings and appointments.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual for the role of Part-Time Bus Driver. You will be responsible for safely transporting residents to various events while ensuring their comfort and security.

Experience with lift equipment to assist with wheelchairs and scooters is a plus. Flexibility for 3–4 shifts per month and weekday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to appointments and outings

• Use lift equipment to assist with mobility devices

• Ensure safety during boarding and exiting the bus

• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks

• Communicate effectively with passengers and staff

Requirements:

• Valid Class 4 Driver’s License (both types accepted)

• Willingness to learn about wheelchair/scooter lifts

• Comfortable assisting seniors with mobility

• Clean driving record required
