Long Haul Truck Driver International

Embark on a rewarding career as a Long Haul Truck Driver, driving international routes and transporting goods. This position requires a valid Class 1 driver's license and offers hands-on experience with refrigerated and tractor-trailer trucks.

This role is ideal for individuals with at least 7 months to less than a year of truck driving experience. Responsibilities include planning routes, overseeing vehicle conditions, and performing inspections. You'll work closely with a two-person team and travel extensively, including overnight and international trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and adjust routes using GPS and navigation systems

• Operate straight or articulated trucks for cargo transport

• Oversee vehicle condition and perform necessary inspections

• Relay information to central dispatch efficiently

• Ensure cargo safety with tarping and securement

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or A driver's license

• Air Brakes Endorsement required

• Willingness to travel internationally and overnight

• Obtain necessary permits for international transportation

• Pass drug test and medical examination
