Position: Transportation Supervisor at CN
Take charge of train operations with CN as a Transportation Supervisor. This role involves managing rail schedules while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.
As an entry-level front-line supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations within your territory or terminal. Key responsibilities include managing train crews, ensuring on-time departures, and improving safety protocols. You will receive extensive training to thrive in a safety-focused culture while addressing customer needs in a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day train operations and crew assignments

• Ensure regulatory compliance during train departures

• Conduct safety observations and provide feedback

• Draft and follow protocols for accident investigations

• Track operational data to optimize service reliability
Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience

• At least 3 years of railroad experience as a conductor

• High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License

• Knowledge of safe rail operating practices required

• Strong communication and leadership skills
