Shop Coordinator at North Western Property

Contribute to North Western Property Maintenance Inc. in Surrey, BC, as a Shop Coordinator. Maintain the shop's organization and support crews with essential materials and tools.

This full-time role entails overseeing shop cleanliness, managing inventory, and assisting with equipment deliveries. You'll operate within defined hours, Monday to Friday, and be responsible for some fleet maintenance. Your attention to detail will be crucial for maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized shop using Lean principles

• Manage inventory, including synthetic grass stock

• Prepare, load, and unload materials and trucks

• Support field crews with tools and deliveries

• Oversee basic maintenance tracking of fleet and equipment

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to lift 50 lbs

• Comfortable using power tools and equipment

• Forklift experience is preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
