Take your fleet management expertise to RONA as the Manager of Fleet and Final Mile. This role focuses on overseeing fleet operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.
RONA is on the lookout for a skilled Manager of Fleet and Final Mile. You will be responsible for managing the internal fleet and coordination of final-mile deliveries. Key skills include transportation planning, carrier management, and enhancing customer experience, all while collaborating with various internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage internal fleet maintenance with vendor partnerships
• Plan and forecast operating costs within budget
• Oversee external carriers for delivery execution
• Monitor delivery performance and mitigate service risks
• Communicate delivery expectations and requirements
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in supply chain management or logistics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field
• Proficient with MS Office tools and data analysis
