RONA is on the lookout for a skilled Manager of Fleet and Final Mile. You will be responsible for managing the internal fleet and coordination of final-mile deliveries. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal fleet maintenance with vendor partnerships

• Plan and forecast operating costs within budget

• Oversee external carriers for delivery execution

• Monitor delivery performance and mitigate service risks

• Communicate delivery expectations and requirements
Requirements:

• 3-5 years in supply chain management or logistics

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field

• Proficient with MS Office tools and data analysis
