Boat Transporter

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transporter to join our team. As a Transporter, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting boats between locations. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that boats are delivered on time and in good condition.

• Load and unload boats onto trailers, transport boats from downtown yard to downtown boat launch
• Secure cargo for transport to prevent damage or loss
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, dates, and locations
• Communicate with Supervisors, customers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transport
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Previous experience as a Transporter or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with boats is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge to identify and address minor vehicle issues is beneficial
• Valid driver  s license with a clean driving record

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
• Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
