Boat Transporter

Position: Boat Transporter (Central City)
Overview  We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transporter to join our team. As a Transporter, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting boats between locations. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that boats are delivered on time and in good condition.
Duties   Load and unload boats onto trailers, transport boats from downtown yard to downtown boat launch
Secure cargo for transport to prevent damage or loss
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to the appropriate personnel
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, dates, and locations
Communicate with Supervisors, customers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transport
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Experience   Previous experience as a Transporter or in a similar role is preferred
Familiarity with boats is a plus
Mechanical knowledge to identify and address minor vehicle issues is beneficial
Valid driver  s license with a clean driving record
Details   Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
