Support logistics operations with a professional team as a Full-Time Stores Assistant in Surrey. Manage deliveries, maintain stock, and ensure efficient item transport across multiple properties.
Warehouse, Stores is seeking a dependable Stores Assistant to facilitate the movement, storage, and delivery of materials. You will assist the Property team by ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Your role includes loading, unloading vehicles, and safely transporting furniture and building materials to various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and check deliveries against dispatch notes
• Load and unload vehicles with materials and furniture
• Protect items during transit and storage
• Deliver materials across multiple properties
• Maintain accurate stock lists and support inventory
Requirements:
• Previous experience in stores or warehouse roles
• Experience handling and assembling furniture
• Manual handling training preferred
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Full, clean UK driving licence
