Capacity Forklift Operator

Position: High-Capacity Forklift Operator
Become a vital team member as a Forklift Operator at Arrow Transportation Services in Surrey, BC, with full-time permanent employment. Your focus will be on operating high-capacity forklifts and managing freight safely.

In this role at the Vancouver Reload Division, you will be responsible for loading and unloading various products, including metal and lumber. Your duties include maintaining safety standards, supporting inventory control, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. Additionally, you will help improve conditions through your insights and ensure clean operations in compliance with loading procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts up to 25,000 lbs for loading/unloading

• Ensure product cleanliness during inspections

• Secure freight safely on trucks and railcars

• Document all operations and assist with inventory

• Perform maintenance and assist with yard upkeep

Requirements:

• Experience handling high-capacity forklifts is beneficial

• Physically capable of lifting and working at heights

• Positive and supportive interpersonal skills
