FortisBC, B.C.'s largest energy provider, seeks a full-time Fleet Service Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of fleet vehicles, ensuring regulatory adherence and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have relevant fleet management experience, an understanding of regulations, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate acquisition and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment
• Liaise with managers and upfitters on outfitting projects
• Present information clearly to employees and suppliers
• Manage licensing and registration for all vehicles
• Respond to inquiries and maintain fleet database
Requirements:
• High school graduation required
• Three years direct fleet management experience
• Valid BC Driver’s License essential
• Understanding of ICBC regulations required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
Excel in fleet management and support operational success as part of FortisBC's dedicated team.
