Position: Dispatcher with OptimoRoute Experience

We seek an experienced Dispatcher to oversee daily logistics, ensuring seamless coordination between drivers, sales staff, and clients. Proficiency in Optimo Route is essential for building efficient routes. You’ll need to multitask in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send and manage driver routes daily via Optimo Route

• Ensure driver app functionality and assist with issues

• Coordinate loadings for deliveries with drivers/helpers

• Sequence deliveries for maximum efficiency

• Monitor A-1 Delivery Line for customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Experience in dispatch, ideally in logistics or freight

• Strong communication skills with customers and staff

• Familiarity with Excel for scheduling and organization

• Detail-oriented and reliable under pressure

• Ability to problem-solve effectively in real time
