Key Responsibilities:
• Manage P&L and operational performance for regional markets
• Monitor and analyze ride volume and driver utilization
• Boost driver engagement for optimal service levels
• Collaborate to improve customer satisfaction metrics
• Conduct market reviews to inform leadership decisions
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in operations, preferably in ride-sharing
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Expertise in managing multiple business units
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel within the region
