Overview
We are looking for a student to join its team in Surrey, BC, for the Summer in a Warehouse Person role.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
Follow established processes and safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (or recent graduate).
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication skills.
Ability to work under supervision and meet productivity expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, retail, or labor experience.
Familiarity with basic inventory systems or warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
Comfortable using computers (MS Office – Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits
$18.25 per hour. Must be available Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm from approximately June 1 to September 15.
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
