Become a Warehouse Administrator in Surrey, BC, and play a vital role in inventory management. This full-time position is centered around shipping, documentation accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency.
The job is based at Ave, in a permanent capacity. As the first point of contact for shipping delays and inventory issues, you will oversee various essential tasks including processing freight claims, maintaining inventory audits, and supporting customer service. Your attention to detail is essential in ensuring our Distribution Centre runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage warehouse supply orders and custom labels
• Coordinate freight deliveries and document claims
• Monitor shipments and assist branches with logistics
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits
• Organize filing systems and support operations documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in warehouse settings
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
