Material Coordinator Skytrain

Join Western Pacific Enterprises as a Material Controller in Surrey, managing material flow for the Skytrain project. This role leverages your organizational skills and inventory management expertise.

You will support the Warehouse Team in maintaining accurate inventory levels and coordinating timely material availability. Essential responsibilities include managing stock levels, processing receipts against purchase orders, and ensuring proper documentation and storage of materials. Collaboration across functions will be crucial to achieve effective material control management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material planning and timely availability

• Manage inventory records and stock levels

• Process material receipts against purchase orders

• Ensure documentation and labeling accuracy

• Maintain comprehensive records of material movements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in material control

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Warehouse experience and valid driving license
