Distribution Centre Team Member – Walmart

Take an active role at Walmart's Distribution Centre in Surrey, BC, as a Team Member. Engage in receiving, order filling, and the shipment of freight in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include carrying out general warehouse tasks and supporting operations in the Picking, Shipping, and Receiving areas. Accuracy in order filling and restocking of customer inventory is essential, along with compliance with health and safety procedures. This position requires a strong commitment to performance metrics and operational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill general warehouse duties, including trailer loading/unloading

• Adapt to work in Picking, Receiving, and Shipping areas as needed

• Restock customer products and manage inventory effectively

• Ensure precise order filling meets performance expectations

• Adhere to all safety and operational protocols

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs for up to 10 hours daily

• Steel toed safety shoes/boots required from first day

• Prepared for variable temperatures as applicable

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Required personal protective gear will be provided
