Manager of Warehouse Operations MiTek

Take charge of MiTek’s Surrey warehouse as the Manager of Warehouse Operations. Lead shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to optimize performance and safety.

MiTek Canada is looking for a dedicated leader to oversee distribution operations within their Surrey facility. You will manage daily activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing workflow and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all warehouse operational activities effectively

• Maintain compliance and readiness of the facility

• Manage shipping schedules in coordination with 3PL providers

• Track and analyze inventory accuracy and service levels

• Supervise training and development of warehouse staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in distribution leadership

• Proven skills in shipping, receiving, and inventory practices

• Familiarity with SAP S/4

HANA systems recommended

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Educational background in logistics or related field is a plus
