As a Lead Person, report to the RDC Operations Manager while assisting with training, onboarding, and daily inventory tasks. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and promote operational excellence while supporting associates in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key communication link for the warehouse team
• Assist in implementing safety protocols and best practices
• Conduct training sessions using SEAL onboarding tools
• Maintain inventory accuracy with a goal of 2% variance
• Track productivity and prepare daily performance reports
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED necessary
• 4–6 years of related experience preferred
• Effective verbal communication and training capabilities
• Proven inventory management skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle tires
