Oversee operations as Warehouse Supervisor (Fabrication) at IEM in Surrey, BC. This in-office role focuses on managing inventory, shipping, and enhancing warehouse efficiency.

At IEM, we seek a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure effective daily warehouse operations within all van locations in Surrey. This critical role requires a strong leader to manage material flow, inventory control, and coordinate shipping and receiving tasks. Candidates will oversee safety regulations and improve organizational systems to meet production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities across fabrication locations

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipment processes

• Ensure accurate inventory management and tracking

• Maintain organized storage systems for efficient operations

• Support production with timely material delivery

Requirements:

• 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience

• 4 years of overall warehouse experience

• Experience with inventory management systems

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
