IEM Warehouse Supervisor Position

The Warehouse Supervisor at IEM will manage day-to-day operations of warehouse metal and bus fabrication. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This position demands strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of material flow and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff activities

• Manage material receiving, storage, and shipping

• Maintain organized inventory and address discrepancies

• Monitor warehouse space utilization effectively

• Facilitate timely material supply for production needs

Requirements:

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse

• 4 years of warehouse experience overall

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems

• Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience in a multi-site operation is a plus
