Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

Lead warehouse operations in Surrey with inventory management and bin system expertise. Coordinate receiving, fulfillment, and a team across a 20,000 sq. ft. facility.
This full-time, permanent Warehouse Manager role oversees daily operations for a national distributor of trading card games, collectibles, and pop culture merchandise. You will manage receiving, inventory organization, order picking, packing, shipping, and process improvements. The position requires experienced leadership across warehouse workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee receiving, inventory organization, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage inventory control and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Lead and mentor approximately 16 warehouse personnel
- Track performance metrics and improve operational processes
- Enforce health and safety requirements and regulations
- Minimum 10 years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Hands-on warehouse bin system implementation and management experience
- Walkie Stacker and forklift operating certification and experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and Word
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
