The manager controls facility operations across warehouse, retail, wholesale, transportation, and greenhouse settings. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, maintenance, construction planning, sales forecasting, and staff supervision. The position also supports reporting, safety inspections, administrative services, and client problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control commercial facility operations
- Organize inventory and oversee shipping and receiving
- Plan facility budgets, schedules, and maintenance programs
- Hire, train, and supervise five to ten people
- Prepare operational reports and statistics
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Experience considered an asset
- Valid driver's licence and own transportation
- Ability to handle heavy loads and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory and office software
