Draganfly Innovations Inc. is looking for a proactive In-House Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience. Provide essential legal guidance across commercial transactions and regulatory compliance, thriving in a dynamic environment.

As a vital member of Draganfly's legal team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure effective legal strategies.

Your role will encompass drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements while also advising on compliance matters related to UAV operations and intellectual property strategies. You will support corporate governance and manage external counsel relationships to drive successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts

• Advise on UAV regulatory compliance and data privacy matters

• Support corporate governance and board materials

• Counsel on intellectual property protection and licensing

• Manage litigation, disputes, and external counsel

Requirements:

• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school

• Called to the Bar in Canada (preferred: Saskatchewan, Ontario, or BC)

• 3-5 years of relevant in-house legal experience

• Strong skills in drafting and negotiation

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
