Salary: £35,000 £ 45,000

This well-respected accountancy practice in Redhill is growing and looking for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their friendly and professional team. The firm has a strong reputation for client care, staff wellbeing and long-term career development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion

• Prepare and review year-end accounts and tax computations

• Mentor junior staff and support their development

• Build strong client relationships and handle queries confidently

• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and FRS 102

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist

• Strong audit and accounts experience within practice

• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail

• Able to manage workloads and meet deadlines
