Audit Partner (RI

We're partnering with an established Top 20 accountancy and advisory firm seeking an experienced Audit Partner (RI) to join one of its South East offices.

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded audit professional who enjoys building long‑term client relationships and wants to operate as both an audit specialist and a trusted adviser to growing businesses.

• Act as Responsible Individual across a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed and mid‑market businesses
• Work closely with clients, becoming a trusted adviser on broader business matters beyond audit
• Collaborate with tax, advisory and other specialist teams to deliver joined‑up solutions
• Provide leadership, mentoring and strategic direction within the office
• Play a key role in driving growth across the region

• An established Audit Partner or experienced RI with strong technical audit credentials
• A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
• An established network and market presence, or demonstrable success in generating organic growth
• A commercially focused individual who enjoys developing opportunities as well as delivering exceptional client service
• Experience gained within a Top 20, regional or independent firm
