Lloyd Recruitment Services is recruiting Holiday Booking Assistants to start their careers in the travel industry.

What's on offer:

Starting salary £19,500, rising to £27,000 after completing the apprenticeship, with further potential £27k - £30k

25 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell up to 5 days)

Key responsibilities:

Assist customers in booking their dream holidays with personalised recommendations
Handle calls, emails, and social media enquiries with excellent service
Promote travel products and ensure all bookings are accurate in the CRM system
Resolve customer issues professionally
Collaborate with the team to meet individual and team goals

Who we're looking for:

No prior experience required - full training provided
Enthusiastic, reliable, and organised
Confident communicators, both written and verbal
Level 4 English and Maths (or equivalent) for apprenticeship

Details:

Full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, shifts 8:30am-6:00pm
12-month apprenticeship + 3-month assessment
