Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Surrey
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a specialist business operating in the classic and high-value vehicle sector.

The company is known for its expertise in classic car sales, restoration, servicing, parts supply, and secure vehicle storage, supporting customers across the UK and internationally. With a strong reputation for quality and attention to detail, this is a busy and professional environment where organisation and efficiency are essential.

This is a hands-on and varied role where you will be central to the smooth running of the office and provide key support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day to day running of the office

• Managing office systems, procedures, and administrative processes

• Supporting senior management with organisational and administrative tasks

• Coordinating suppliers, facilities, and office resources

• Managing correspondence, documentation, and record keeping

• Assisting with invoicing, expenses, and basic finance administration

• Supporting HR and onboarding administration when required

• Ensuring an organised, professional office environment at all times

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy setting

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

• Competent with Microsoft Office and general office systems

• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

It is ESSENTIAL for you to have Automotive experience.
