16 Accountabilities and Regulatory Oversight Consumer Duty Oversight Operational Resilience Oversight Compliance Strategy and Advisory Conduct Risk, Culture and Governance Regulatory Change and Horizon Scanning Product, Pricing and Distribution Oversight Third Party and Outsourcing Compliance Compliance Monitoring, Controls and Assurance Data, MI and Reporting It is essential that you have senior compliance leadership experience within general insurance, experience operating credibly at Board, Committee and Executive level and a proven track record of managing regulatory relationships.
The package includes a base salary up to £100,000 25% bonus potential and a significant LTIP.
