O is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a freelance role on a new build residential project in Surrey. This is an immediate requirement for an initial contract of 6 months, where you will manage subcontractor accounts on an ongoing construction site.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised UK construction qualification with 5-10 years of postgraduate experience in residential contracting. Proximity to the site is necessary.
