Rob Phone: A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on permanent basis, initially working on 2m new build block at a School near Chertsey, Surrey.
The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa 60m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties.
As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.
They have a project due to start soon near Chertsey, Surrey. The project comprises some demolition works and a 2m new build block at a School. The project is due to start towards the end of February and they are ready to interview now. Following on from this project, the business have a number of other similar projects kicking off within the region.
Experience:
Track record working on education projects for a reputable main contractor
Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m in value
Understand the 2-stage D&B procurement route
Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
Presentable with strong client facing skills
