Our client is seeking a Building / Civils Clerk of Works on a freelance / self-employed basis, 2-3 days per week, with site visits around Guildford and Surrey. You will monitor compliance with contract documents, track progress against programme and inspect workmanship, producing weekly site inspection reports.
Applicants should hold a CSCS card and ideally ICWCI membership. You must be computer literate with Microsoft Office; travel is required and there is insurance cover and in-house training
