💰 Up to £32,000 Basic Salary
🕒 Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm (No Weekends)

We’re an established independent, family-run automotive business based in the Wormley area, and we’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

If you take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy working in a supportive team environment, and want a stable Monday–Friday role with no weekend work, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Acting as the main point of contact for customers

* Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs

* Providing clear and professional updates on vehicle progress

* Preparing job cards and invoices

* Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone

* Ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong customer service skills

* Confident and professional communication style

* Computer literate and comfortable using booking systems

* Organised with good attention to detail

* Solid and stable work history

* Previous automotive experience is advantageous but not essential if you have transferable customer service experience

What We Offer:

* Basic salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)

* Monday–Friday working hours (8:30am–5:30pm)

* No weekends

* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
