Mid Weight Interior Architect

A Mid Weight Interior Architect job is available with a luxury residential interior design practice in Surrey. Working on UK and international projects for private clients and developers, the role covers concept design, presentations, technical packages, and detailed interior architectural information. This position suits a designer with 4+ years' UK experience in luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects, combining creative confidence with strong technical detailing skills.

Role & Responsibilities

Support projects across all design and delivery stages

Produce proposals, presentations, schedules, and technical packages

Develop detailed interior architectural information

Coordinate with internal and external project teams

Attend site visits and project meetings

You will work collaboratively with senior colleagues while independently managing assigned design and technical responsibilities.

Skills & Experience Required

4+ years' UK luxury residential or hospitality experience

Strong interior architecture detailing and documentation skills

Proven experience delivering projects from concept through technical stages

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite

Valid driving licence and access to a car

Clear communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team are essential.

Salary & Benefits

£40,000+ dependent on experience

25 days' holiday plus bank holidays

Hybrid working with four office days
