We are seeking experienced Architects/ Technicians, typically with
   
    five or more years’ experience
   
   , to join our Clients team and contribute to the delivery of retail and retail banking environments for major, blue-chip clients.

We are looking for individuals who are confident managing projects through their various stages, from initial design and coordination through to technical delivery and completion. Successful candidates will be
   
    self-motivated, commercially aware and well organised
   
   , with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.

The Clients portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, from
   
    multiple small refurbishment schemes through to major retail fit-outs
   
   , alongside a variety of project management and coordination responsibilities.

Applicants should have relevant experience within the
   
    retail sector
   
   and a strong understanding of the demands of delivering high-quality projects within a commercial environment.

Key Requirements

Proven experience delivering
    
     retail design and fit-out projects

Strong working knowledge of
    
     current UK Building Regulations

Ability to
    
     prepare specifications and compile detailed Scopes of Works

Proficiency in
    
     Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD

REVIT proficiency is required for this role

Excellent
    
     organisation, communication and coordination skills

Ability to
    
     manage multiple workloads and meet project deadlines

A proactive and commercially aware approach to project delivery

Confidence working with clients, consultants and project teams
