• Create and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

• Support students’ academic, social and emotional development throughout their school journey.

• Foster a nurturing, positive and inspiring classroom environment.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to teaching and learning.

• Adapt teaching strategies to support children with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds.

• Encourage a love of learning and support students in reaching their full potential.

• Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and classroom organisation.

• Provide guidance, emotional support and encouragement to help students feel valued and confident.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Strong teaching experience and the ability to meet Teacher Standards.

• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A nurturing, patient and positive approach to teaching.

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

• A commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
